Hydraulic bolting jumbo is specially used for rock bolting in underground mines and tunnels with wall rock of complex structure and badly damaged rock formation. Key Mechanisms & Functions

Programmed Automatic Anti-Jamming Function

When a trend of rod jamming happened during drilling, the drifter begins to back with a low percussion. After it is relieved, the jumbo will restart a new collaring with a half percussion to ensure that jamming is overcome.

Auto Hanging Mesh Mechanism

The mechanism has five flexible moving pairs, which can realize taking, grasping, and hanging the mesh without any dead angle. The telescopic cylinder is designed for a wider range of work and can grab up to 100kg of mesh.

Bolt Changer Mechanism

The bolt changer can store pipe seam bolts or resin bolts, with quantity up to 10-12, and length covers 1.5-3m. Its rotary clamping and delivering bolt mode features simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, firm clamping, and accurate bolt delivery.
